Traditional Potato Pancakes with Meat


  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Egg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Pork and beef mince meat
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sour cream


  1. Bring the temperature of Kamado grill to +180-200C. Use the heat deflectors.
  2. Place the empty pans inside the grill and let them heat up realy well, add a fair amount of veg oil.
  3. Peel and grate potatoes (use food processor).
  4. Add salt, black pepper, egg, onion and mix it well.
  5. When the pans are hot enough, add grated potato mix, top it with a spoon of minced meat and cover it with another layer of grated potato mix.
  6. Fry each side for 10-15 min.
  7. Flip the pancakes using spatula and fork.
  8. Serve it with sour cream.
  9. Enjoy!!!
