*** Use only quality charcoal that does not emit ANY SMOKE. Any food cooked with bad quality charcoal will have an unpleasant smell and taste.
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs (boneless)
- Onion
- Delicia's Shashlik spices
- 200 ml kefyr
- Any veggies you like
Recipe
- Cut the chicken meat.
- Blend the onion.
- Mix the meat, onion, and spices.
- Pour in the kefir, mix everything well again, and leave to marinate.
- Preheat the kamado grill to +200°C for direct cooking (grilling).
- Grill for about 20 minutes with the lid closed, flipping the meat every 5 minutes.
- Using a meat thermometer, check the internal meat temperature. The minimum temperature for chicken is +74°C.
