Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs (boneless)
  • Onion
  • Delicia's Shashlik spices
  • 200 ml kefyr
  • Any veggies you like

Recipe

  1. Cut the chicken meat.
  2. Blend the onion.
  3. Mix the meat, onion, and spices.
  4. Pour in the kefir, mix everything well again, and leave to marinate.
  5. Preheat the kamado grill to +200°C for direct cooking (grilling).
  6. Grill for about 20 minutes with the lid closed, flipping the meat every 5 minutes.
  7. Using a meat thermometer, check the internal meat temperature. The minimum temperature for chicken is +74°C.
  8. Enjoy!
