Ingredients

  • Bream
  • Delicia's Fish spices
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Rosemary
  • Lemon
  • Vegetables or salad you like for garnish

Recipe

  1. Clean the fish.
  2. Marinate the fish with olive oil and spices.
  3. Before cooking, remove the excess spices from the outer side of the fish, as they often burn and can give a bad taste.
  4. Score the fish.
  5. Stuff the fish with lemon, parsley, and rosemary.
  6. Heat the grill to 160°C, with heat deflectors and a drip pan in place.
  7. Use a silicone mesh mat so the fish skin doesn't stick to the metal grates.
  8. Cook for 35-40 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
