*** Use only quality charcoal that does not emit ANY SMOKE. Any food cooked with bad quality charcoal will have an unpleasant smell and taste.
Ingredients
- Bream
- Delicia's Fish spices
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Rosemary
- Lemon
- Vegetables or salad you like for garnish
Recipe
- Clean the fish.
- Marinate the fish with olive oil and spices.
- Before cooking, remove the excess spices from the outer side of the fish, as they often burn and can give a bad taste.
- Score the fish.
- Stuff the fish with lemon, parsley, and rosemary.
- Heat the grill to 160°C, with heat deflectors and a drip pan in place.
- Use a silicone mesh mat so the fish skin doesn't stick to the metal grates.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Enjoy!
