KAMADOCLUB Ekologiška višta

Sveiki, aš ekologiška vištukė iš kaimo. Buvau paprastutė, kol nepatekau į neįtikėtinus KamadoClub kepsninės SPA malonumus.
Visiems rekomenduoju:
- Kelios valandos ar net para atpalaiduojančioje vonioje;
- Valanda vidutinio karštumo pirtelėje ant vištos laikiklio kepimui;
- Dar keliasdešimt minučių soliariume, pakurtame alksnio drožlėmis;
- Termometrui pažastyje pranešus apie pasiektą 74 laipsnių pagal Celsijų temperatūrą, kviečiam ne greitukę, o visą šeimą prie stalo.

Receptas:

Marinatui: 2l virinto, atšaldyto vandens, 100g druskos, 50-100g cukraus, 5 skiltelės česnako, įvairių pipirų žirneliais, lauro lapų, saujelė raugerškio uogų.
Užvirus vandenį, jame ištirpinti druską ir cukrų. Kai vanduo atšals, suberti visus prieskonius ir pasmulkintą česnaką. Marinato turi būti tiek, kad apsemtų visą vištą (rekomenduojama pasimaudyti 12-24val.).
Įkaitiname Kamado Club kepsninę iki 115-125 laipsnių, su deflektorium. Ant jo statom vištos laikikį kepimui, sodinam ant jo madam su termometru pažasty (ar krūtinėj), nepamirštame ant anglių užberti gerą saują alksnio (ar kitų patinkančių) drožlių, uždarom dangtį ir netrukdom poniai mėgautis malonia šiluma. Termometrui mušant 74 laipsnius, nusivalom kvapų sukeltą seilėtekį ir ruošiamės puotai.
