*** Use only quality charcoal that does not emit ANY SMOKE. Any food cooked with bad quality charcoal will have an unpleasant smell and taste.
Ingredients
- Small chicken
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Potatoes
- Butter
- Garlic
- "DELICIA'S VEGGIE" seasoning for vegetables
- "DELICIA'S CHICKEN" seasoning for chicken
Recipe
- Marinate the chicken with "DELICIA'S CHICKEN" seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Marinate the chicken for about 2 hours.
- Slice the potatoes nicely.
- Preheat the grill to +180°C.
- Place a drip pan (with hot water or filled with salt) and a silicone mat in the grill.
- Melt butter with minced garlic and "DELICIA'S VEGGIE" seasoning, then brush the chicken and potatoes with the mixture.
- Place the chicken and potatoes in the grill to cook.
- Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches +75°C (use a meat thermometer to ensure it's done).
