  • Small chicken
  • Salt

  • Potatoes
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • "DELICIA'S VEGGIE" seasoning for vegetables
  • "DELICIA'S CHICKEN" seasoning for chicken

Recipe

  1. Marinate the chicken with "DELICIA'S CHICKEN" seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Marinate the chicken for about 2 hours.
  3. Slice the potatoes nicely.
  4. Preheat the grill to +180°C.
  5. Place a drip pan (with hot water or filled with salt) and a silicone mat in the grill.
  6. Melt butter with minced garlic and "DELICIA'S VEGGIE" seasoning, then brush the chicken and potatoes with the mixture.
  7. Place the chicken and potatoes in the grill to cook.
  8. Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches +75°C (use a meat thermometer to ensure it's done).
