*** Use only quality charcoal that does not emit ANY SMOKE. Any food cooked with bad quality charcoal will have an unpleasant smell and taste.
Ingredients
- Pig ears
- Salt
- Bay leaves
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Delicia's seasoning "Garlic Pepper"
- Aluminum foil
Recipe
- Boil water.
- Add salt, bay leaves, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add the ears and boil for 2 hours.
- After boiling, leave them in the hot broth for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to +90°C.
- Add your favorite wood chips and the boiled ears.
- Smoke for about 2 hours.
- After smoking, season with "Garlic Pepper" seasoning, fresh grated garlic, and wrap in foil.
- After one hour, they are ready to enjoy.
