Ingredients

  • Pig ears
  • Salt
  • Bay leaves
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Delicia's seasoning "Garlic Pepper"
  • Aluminum foil

Recipe

  1. Boil water.
  2. Add salt, bay leaves, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add the ears and boil for 2 hours.
  4. After boiling, leave them in the hot broth for about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the grill to +90°C.
  6. Add your favorite wood chips and the boiled ears.
  7. Smoke for about 2 hours.
  8. After smoking, season with "Garlic Pepper" seasoning, fresh grated garlic, and wrap in foil.
  9. After one hour, they are ready to enjoy.
